Hey everyone, Im looking for any suggestions on spots closest to Athol area. They can be short low angle spots or sled access spots as I do have a sled. I am avy trained and have all the gear but I do not know anyone around here and will likely be doing solo days until I meet people so less avy prone areas would be prefered. I;ve read through the threads on here and gotten an idea of some good start points for bigger days, just looking for suggestions on shorter quick trips. Thanks

What's your idea to closest. Everything will have a bit of a drive then anything worth getting on will be a 3-10 mile sled ride in.

Close as in I was hoping to not have to drive 90 minutes and ride my sled 5 miles in to be able to get a lap. I was hoping there was something easily accessible that I could get to when I didn't have a full day or wanted to get a quick sunrise or sunset lap in. Thanks again

Only 40 minutes to Trestle Creek from Athol. Zip on a sled up to 5k feet and tour?
