Tentative early season Mt. Hood Descent

I will be driving from Spokane to the Portland area for thanksgiving. If the conditions allow I plan to climb and descent the palmer glacier. The climb requires crampons and an axe, maybe a rope if you are uncomfortable on the final headwall (40-50deg slope). Hit me up if you are interested and we can hash out details.

The weather seems to be cooperating so far. I plan to climb/ski Mt. Hood in the early AM Thanksgiving day and surf near Tillamook Oregon later that day.

Dumping on Hood. Going up Palmer Saturday. Not to the top tho. By the time Thursday arrives it will be 4 feet of fresh in 10 days or so. hopefully by Thanksgiving the snow settles for ya.
