New to the group. Grew up in Spokane skiing Schweitzer when you had to hike to top of stiles and north bowl. Living in the cascades now and only visiting the Eastside a few times a season.
I snagged a reservation at Snow Peak cabin for late March. Been watching IPAC, AvCan and the Sherman Pass wsdot weather. Seems like it gets a bit of traffic but have only seen one early season observation posted to NWAC and no trip reports. Looking for beta on snowpack and avy conditions on Sherman/Snow Peak. I hiked the area last summer and scouted the terrain. Seems there are some named runs on various maps out there. Any suggestions on where to find snowpack obs and terrain beta?
