Best beginner backcountry tours in North Idaho?

What are some recommended routes in the Selkirks, Cabinets, or Bitterroots that are suitable for those new to backcountry skiing or splitboarding?

@LildLem sled or no sled, as that makes a huge difference.
Silver Valley:
No sled; West Willow peak staying to the W/NW side, E/SE side can have more consequential terrain. Use a good mapping app that can give you the aspect and slope angle. Rabbit Gulch out of Burke substation (check Tour Reports here, a lot of people go out there and has great chill terrain), Training Grounds (straight across the hiway from Lookout Pass ski area).

Everything else North is big access without a sled.

Check the posts that are being created right now of the areas that are great late season riding.

Cheers,
PP
